Returns Policy

If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please take a photograph of it. Email the image to our customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request to return a product within just 7 days of receiving your order.

Please review the guidelines for returning a product:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must have all original tags attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please visit the ‘My Orders’ section on our website. You will be notified once your request has been reviewed and approved. The refund process will be completed only if the returned product meets all eligibility criteria.
